food pairing

As you know I stop in from time to time to have a "flatbread" at the
hearth of the american flatbread co. but really it's to sit at the bar of
theirs also known as zero gravity although I have no idea what that really
might mean (going to find out).

The saison recently was very food friendly with the citrusy crisp finish and
the cool up front fruity biscuity feeling, yet subtle Belgian farmhouse familiarity.

The real piece de resistance however, was the North Coast Old Rasputin!
Rich, strong, complex, flavorfull and really something to take your time to enjoy.

kudos as always to Paul.

Thank You.
